📍 Shipping Within South Africa

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

• Courier Service: We use reliable door-to-door courier services.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

• Delivery Fee: Flat rate shipping may apply depending on product size and destination. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally using PostNet Global Express. Shipping rates vary depending on your destination and the size and weight of your parcel.

Please refer to the international shipping rate card below for estimated shipping costs.

International shipping rates are based on the applicable parcel size, weight and destination. Customs duties, import taxes or additional destination charges may also apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Some of our pieces are made to order, especially custom carpets and blankets. These may require additional production time — please refer to the relevant product page for the estimated turnaround time or contact us to confirm timelines.
