Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your SundayChild purchase, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you’ll have to send the item back to us to complete the process.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused

  • With original tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Please email us at mohaircarpets@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mohaircarpets@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

To get a different item, we recommend returning the product first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
